FlashVac® Manual Processing Stations

FlashVac 10 and 20

Specifically designed for those processing larger flash, SPE and filtration columns, the high-capacity FlashVac–10 and FlashVac–20 Sample Processing Stations are ideal for accommodating larger solvent volumes. The use of 10g to 70g high capacity Flash columns increases the volumes of solvent used to process samples. Sample processing stations optimized for use with standard size SPE columns cannot accommodate the larger solvent volumes used in flash chromatography. Some of the additional features of the FlashVac systems are as follows:

  • Tall glass tank can accommodate collection tubes up to 150 mm long.
  • Solvent-resistant rack and lid are made from inert polypropylene.
  • Optimized vacuum controls are fitted as standard.
  • Racks are designed for use with collection tubes for twenty 19 mm or ten 25 mm diameter vessels.
  • Inert PTFE combined stopcock/needles (optional) are available for trouble-free flow control.
