ISOLUTE® SPE Accessories

ISOLUTE Column Adaptors
Column adaptors enable reservoirs, filtration columns and depth filters reservoirs to be attached to any configuration of ISOLUTE column.

ISOLUTE Depth Filter Reservoirs
When aqueous samples containing significant concentrations of suspended solids are passed through SPE columns, plugging of the top frit can occur, dramatically reducing the sample volume that can be extracted. Attaching an ISOLUTE depth filter above an SPE column can overcome this problem.

ISOLUTE Filtration Products

ISOLUTE Column Reservoirs
The sample volume capacity of an ISOLUTE SPE column is not limited to the volume of the integral reservoir. A column reservoir of any volume can be fitted to any of the ISOLUTE columns by using a column adaptor.

ISOLUTE Frits
ISOLUTE frits consist of sintered particles (e.g. polyethylene (PE) or PTFE), which are compressed to produce a porous material. Frits available include PE 10 and 20 um porosity, Stainless steel 10 um porosity, PTFE frits for glass columns.

Wide Mouth Filtration Reservoir
This novel filtration format allows particulate laden samples of up to 50 ml volume to be efficiently filtered, with easy access to the particulate material removed.

ISOLUTE Filtration Plates and Wells

Universal Phase Separator

the classic problem of separating an upper organic phase from an aqueous during a traditional liquid-liquid extraction.
