EVOLUTE® WAX Columns and Plates for Solid Phase Extraction of Strongly Acidic Compounds from Aqueous Samples

This technical note provides guidelines for the extraction of strongly acidic compounds from aqueous samples using EVOLUTE WAX. The procedure is described on pages 1, with processing and optimization guidelines on page 2. An example application showing the extraction of pesticide metabolites from urine illustrates the use of EVOLUTE WAX (dimethylthiophosphate (DMTP), diethylphosphate (DEP), hexanesulfonic acid (HSA), benzenesulfonic acid (BSA)) for clean-up of biological fluid samples.
