EVOLUTE® HYDRO plates and cartridges contain the Hydro frit technology system, which reliably holds up sample and hydrolysis enzyme during incubation, even at elevated temperatures, and reduces clogging during subsequent clean up steps. 

 

Sample clean-up is performed in the same cartridge or well, eliminating the need for off-line hydrolysis, conditioning and equilibration steps, thus saving time, reducing costs and preventing potential sample handling potential errors and sample losses.
