Fast and efficient clean-up of complex food samples using salt-assisted extraction and partitioning, followed by dispersive SPE.
ISOLUTE ® QuEChERS consist of pre-weighed extraction and clean-up tubes conforming to AOAC and EN methodologies. Options include high quality dSPE sorbent mixes optimized for waxed and highly pigmented fruit and vegetable samples.
A crude extraction and partitioning step using organic solvent and salt solution is followed by further extraction and clean-up using dispersive SPE. This technique is designed to be simple and involve a minimal number of steps, but still allow for effective clean-up of complex samples.
