Responsible governance and business ethics

Our approach

The Code of Conduct is a guiding framework that sets standards for responsible decision-making and defines expectations for ethical, sustainable, and professional behaviour across our operations. All employees complete annual training on the Biotage Code of Conduct. Breaches of the code or related policies are reported through established channels, investigated internally, and resolved with documented corrective actions. Regular refresher training reinforces accountability across the organization.
