Biotage® Sfär C18 Duo is a prepacked column with a 100 Å pore size, optimized for reversed phase flash chromatography. It is ideal for purifying polar, ionizable, and highly lipophilic compounds that cannot be easily separated using normal phase techniques.
Featuring 30 µm spherical particle and a robust, pressure-resistant design, the column provides high resolution, fast purification, and lower solvent consumption. The Duo format, available for smaller columns up to 400 g, offers flexible loading—internal or external, wet, or dry—making it easy to adapt to your workflow.
Large columns, available in sizes up to 40 kg, are supplied with full documentation and quality assurance to support projects in regulated environments.
