Biotage® Initiator+ Alstra™ is a fully automated, single-channel microwave synthesizer for small to large-scale peptide synthesis. Microwave heating accelerates reactions, improving yield and purity while reducing synthesis time. The system supports peptoids, PNAs, and peptidomimetics, with flexible scales from 5 μmol to 2 mmol.
Flexible system design
Disposable reactor vials simplify setup, while digital syringe pumps ensure precise reagent delivery and dual-needle technology reduces cross-contamination risk. Patented oscillating mixing guarantees uniform heat distribution. Optional UV monitoring and microwave-assisted synthesis expand your capabilities.
