PhyTip® columns use dual flow chromatography, where samples are pumped back and forth across the packed resin bed inside the tip. This repeated cycle with controlled flow gives biomolecules enough time to interact with the available binding sites, delivering high sample recovery.
Compatible with all leading liquid handling robots
PhyTip® Columns are compatible with our semi-automated ME system as well as with all major liquid handling robots, including Hamilton, Tecan, and Beckman. Ready to use straight out of the box, they enable purification of 96 samples in as little as 15 minutes, depending on volume. Methods are simple to develop, and validated protocols are available for many platforms.
