Biotage® Horizon 5000
Automated disk extraction system
Automated SPE for aqueous samples, clean or dirty. Simple, efficient, and reliable performance.
Explore the main benefits of Biotage® Horizon 5000
One system. Every sample. No matter how dirty
Process clean and particulate-rich samples on the same system using one validated method. Biotage® Horizon 5000 eliminates the need for separate workflows, saving time and reducing complexity. Its Fast Flow Disk Holder handles murky matrices without clogging or a separate pre-filtering step, delivering consistent recoveries and high throughput across all water types.
Purpose-built for environmental testing
Biotage® Horizon 5000 is purpose-built for aqueous sample extraction, with a short sample pathways and wide flow channels that reduce carryover and simplify cleaning. Continuous fluid pumps maintain stable flow rates, and removable components allow easy maintenance. The system adapts to your lab’s needs with reliable performance and minimal downtime.
Compliance and consistency you can trust
Biotage® Horizon 5000 helps labs meet internal and external quality standards with barcode tracking, detailed run reports, and method protection. Built-in sensors pause the run if a solvent line runs dry or a sample fails to load, helping prevent sample loss. Reduced solvent use and separate waste streams support safe, compliant workflows across all lab environments.
