The ME System is an easy-to-use, affordable, semi-automated solution that delivers excellent protein purification results using PhyTip® columns. It is an ideal choice for laboratories getting started with PhyTip® technology or for smaller labs with low throughput needs.

 

With the ME System, you can begin protein purification in as little as five minutes and achieve reliable, high-quality results. Its simplicity also makes it a great tool for quickly testing and optimizing purification conditions during method development before transferring protocols to larger automated systems. 

 
The system comes with turnkey, pre-installed methods that can be easily customized for your application—no programming skills required. The only manual step is moving the pipette from one sample to the next. 

The ME System supports a wide range of applications, including protein purification for quality control of expressed proteins and sample desalting prior to LC-MS analysis. Simply choose the appropriate PhyTip® column for your method and adjust as needed. Using PhyTip® columns, the ME System offers all the advantages of dual-flow chromatography: high protein recovery, concentrated samples, and excellent preservation of protein activity.
