A prepacked specialty phase flash column with flexible loading for efficient purification of organic amines.
Biotage® Sfär KP-Amino Duo is a prepacked flash chromatography column with 50 µm spherical media, designed to protect sensitive synthetic amines during purification. It blocks unwanted interactions between acidic silanols and organic amines, improving selectivity, peak shape, purity, and yield.
Unlike traditional, Biotage® Sfär KP-Amino Duo does not require chlorinated solvents or amine additives. It separates secondary, tertiary, and heterocyclic amines using safer, non-chlorinated solvents.
The Duo format, available for smaller columns up to 400 g, offers flexible loading—internal or external, wet, or dry—making it easy to adapt to your workflow.
Large columns, available in sizes up to 40 kg, are supplied with full documentation and quality assurance to support projects in regulated environments.
