Biotage® Sfär Accessories for flash chromatography
Biotage® Sfär columns are designed to tolerate a very high pressure. For this reason they might sometimes be a bit tight, which is why we made available a tool to open them so you can experience all the possible ways to load your sample on Sfär.

Prepacked Samplet cartridges allow purification of liquid samples in a dry form, eliminating solvent impact. Prepacked Samplet cartridges are available in the same media types available for Sfär columns. Samplet cartridges are inserted into the Sfär columns and should have the dissolution solvent evaporated prior to insertion by air or vacuum oven.

Samplet are available also empty, to be packed with the media of choice and then inserted into the Sfär columns. The dissolution solvent should be evaporated prior to insertion by air or vacuum oven.
