Automated affinity purification of adeno-associated viruses with high selectivity, reproducibility, and scalable 96-well workflows.
AAVX PhyTip® columns use dual-flow chromatography to purify AAV particles across multiple serotypes with a single, flexible workflow. Samples are cycled through the column in a controlled, back-and-forth flow, giving efficient binding and recovery independent of flow rate or column geometry.
The format is compatible with leading liquid handling systems and processes up to 96 samples in parallel, delivering reliable yields and reproducibility for screening and development. Purification is faster than traditional column methods, with reduced manual handling and turnaround time.
AAVX PhyTip® columns support workflows from early discovery through process optimisation, making them well suited to serotype evaluation and scale-up development alike.
