PhyTip^® columns can be produced for all major liquid handlings systems and can be packed with resin bed volumes from 5 μL to 320 μL for processing of samples of a wide range of volumes and concentrations.

Due to maximization of binding of the sample, less protein is lost during the purification process. The result is very high sample recoveries.

Our unique column design with a packed resin bed results in binding of the entire sample to a small resin bed volume. The purified sample can be eluted in small volumes, resulting in a highly concentrated sample.

PhyTip^® columns process samples by passing liquid back and forth across the packed resin bed several times - a process called dual flow chromatography. This is a gentle purification technique that results in high amounts of active protein in the purified sample.
