ISOLUTE® Array
Populate the re-usable base plate to transfer any individual Array wells into microplate format. Seal any unused positions with base plate plugs. Align wells and depopulate baseplates with the well removing tool. Use Luer adaptors to process individual Array wells using a Biotage® VacMaster™ vacuum manifold.

Collection plates
A range of square (350 µL, 1 mL, 2 mL, 5 mL or 10 mL) and round (2 mL) deep well collection plates. Constructed from high purity, solvent resistant polypropylene.
Cartridge adapters
Cartridge adapters enable reservoirs, filtration cartridges and depth filters reservoirs to be attached to any configuration of ISOLUTE® or EVOLUTE® cartridge. Available in polyethylene (all sizes), and PTFE (for 1, 3, 6 mL and glass cartridges only).
Universal PTFE stopcocks
The universal PTFE stopcocks are designed for easy flow control for any vacuum manifold compatible with Luer tipped SPE or filtration columns.

Cartridge reservoirs
The sample volume capacity of an ISOLUTE® SPE cartridge is not limited to the volume of the integral reservoir. A cartridge reservoir of any volume can be fitted to any of the ISOLUTE® cartridges by using a cartridge adaptor. ISOLUTE® cartridge reservoirs are constructed from high grade, solvent resistant polypropylene.
Frits
ISOLUTE® frits consist of sintered particles which are compressed to produce a porous material. A range of frit porosity, sizes and materials are available. The last character in the frit part number should match the last character of the reservoir part number into which it will be fitted.
Plate sealing
Seal wells and Luer outlets of 96-well plates. The pierceable sealing cap can also be used to seal collection plates.
Filtration plate
Polypropylene 96-well plate (2 mL well volume) fitted with a one 20 μm polyethylene frit per well for high throughput general filtration applications.
Single fritted filtration cartridges
Polypropylene reservoirs pre-fitted with polyethylene or PTFE frits in a variety of porosities 5, 10 & 20 µm. Use as standalone filters or stack above an SPE cartridge.
Depth filter reservoirs
When aqueous samples containing significant concentrations of suspended solids are passed through SPE cartridges, plugging of the top frit can occur, dramatically reducing the sample volume that can be extracted. Attaching an ISOLUTE® depth filter above an SPE cartridge can overcome this problem.
Double fritted filtration cartridges
Polypropylene reservoirs pre-fitted with 2 x 20 μm polyethylene frits. Use as standalone filters or stack above an SPE cartridge.
