Prepacked flash cartridges
ISOLUTE® NH2 silica is compatible with a wide range of mobile phases, from popular normal to reversed-phase options. The amino silica is covalently bonded to the stationary phase backbone, thus reduces the number and provides a shielding effect for amine substrates.
Compared to normal phase flash chromatography where issues can arise with streaking, ISOLUTE® NH2 yields improved selectivity, peak shape, purity and recoveries from flash purification.
Large cartridges, available in sizes up to 40 kg, are supplied with full documentation and quality assurance to support projects in regulated environments.
