ISOLUTE® NH2
Solid-phase extraction cartridges and plates
A weak anion exchange sorbent used to extract acids from aqueous samples, or as a polar sorbent to extract polar analytes from non-aqueous matrices.
ISOLUTE® NH2 is an aminopropyl bonded sorbent used for the extraction of strongly acidic compounds or analytes unstable under acidic conditions, from aqueous samples using a weak anion exchange retention mechanism. Analyte elution can be performed by neutralizing charge on the sorbent.
ISOLUTE® NH2 can also be used for extraction of polar compounds from a non-polar matrix using a hydrogen bonding retention mechanism.
