PhyTip® columns packed with C4 300 Å reversed phase silica provide an automated solution for desalting and cleanup of protein and peptide samples prior to mass spectrometry (MS) analysis. They deliver consistent, scalable performance and integrate seamlessly into automated workflows. With high capacity and recovery in MS-compatible solvents, Reversed phase PhyTip® columns are ideal for developing efficient sample preparation workflows. They capture a broad range of proteins and peptides with minimal loss of small or polar polypeptides. 

The PhyTip® column design features a packed resin bed that enables binding of the entire sample to a small resin volume. Purified samples can be eluted in small volumes, producing highly concentrated material. A full 96-well plate can be processed in just 15 minutes. 

The columns come with dual flow chromatography protocols, validated with real protein samples and fully transferable to any automated liquid handling system. Our buffer kits contain all the buffers needed for the purification protocol.
