Biotage® Sfär Bio C18 Duo is a prepacked reversed phase flash column developed for efficient purification and clean up of synthetic peptides. Featuring 20 µm spherical media and a 300 Å pore size, it delivers excellent resolution and effective separation of complex peptide mixtures. The column’s high loading capacity enables more peptide per run, reducing purification time, solvent use, and waste.  

 

With performance approaching preparative HPLC, Biotage® Sfär Bio C18 Duo is a cost-effective solution for streamlining peptide workflows. The Duo format offers flexible loading with internal or external, dry or liquid sample introduction.
