Tip-on-Tip Filtration provides an automated alternative to traditional centrifugation or manual filtration steps. INTip™ filtration combines traditional filtration media with automation native pipette tips to simplify complex sample preparation workflows without compromising results.

The top tip aspirates a sample solution, then fits inside a Filtration Tip and dispenses the sample solution through the filtration media.

 

Automated INTip™ filtration offers a faster, more efficient alternative to traditional centrifugation and manual filtration. It removes particulates smaller than 1 µm, requires no positive pressure or vacuum manifold, processes up to 96 samples in under two minutes, and provides a cost-effective solution for high-throughput workflows.

Specifications

  • Filtration tips are compatible with semi-automated and automated liquid handlers, including Hamilton Robotics and Integra systems.

     

    For Tip-on-Tip, an automation vendor-specific tip fits within a Filtration tip with an air-tight seal.

  • Low-porosity filtration tips

    High efficiency sub-micron filtration for cannabis solvent extracts, urine, blood, and serum. Ultra-pure grade available for low detection level methods.

  • Dual-phase filtration tips

    Two filters in series provide maximum filtration without clogging for higher volume blood and serum protein precipitation applications.

  • Single-phase filtration tips

    Minimal dead volume ideal for small volume blood and serum protein precipitation applications.
