INTip™ Solid-phase extraction
XTR tips for fast, automated solid-phase extraction
Improve sample preparation for LC-MS/MS analysis with faster workflows, lower matrix effects, and seamless automation using a simple pipette tip format for cleanup and extraction.
Unlike traditional solid-phase extraction, XTR tips use patented Dispersive Pipette XTRaction technology, where the sorbent is loosely contained within the pipette tip. During aspirate and dispense cycles, the sample and sorbent are actively mixed, increasing interaction efficiency and improving extraction performance.
This approach delivers higher recoveries, improved reproducibility, eliminates channeling effects, and enables faster, simplified workflows.
XTR tips also reduce solvent consumption and sample preparation time, support low sample volumes and customized chemistries for complex analytes, minimize matrix effects for cleaner extracts and reduced LC-MS/MS maintenance, integrate seamlessly with automated liquid handling platforms, and eliminate evaporation steps with μXTR micro-elution formats.
