EVOLUTE® EXPRESS AX integrates non-polar and strong anion-exchange interactions to efficiently isolate acidic analytes from biological fluids and other aqueous matrices. Its dual mixed-mode mechanism enhances selectivity and supports robust extraction performance, even with challenging sample types.
The sorbent delivers thorough cleanup by removing salts, phospholipids, and proteins, helping reduce matrix effects and maintain dependable analytical sensitivity. Built on the proven EVOLUTE® backbone and modified with quaternary amine groups, it maintains stable performance throughout processing even if the sorbent bed dries.
Offered in both SPE cartridges and 96-well plate formats, EVOLUTE® EXPRESS AX accommodates a wide range of workflows. With a choice of 30 µm or 50 µm particle sizes, it supports fast, streamlined load-wash-elute procedures while delivering high, reproducible recoveries for acidic analytes.
