EVOLUTE® EXPRESS WCX combines non-polar and weak cation-exchange functionalities to efficiently extract strongly basic analytes from biological fluids and other aqueous samples. Its dual mixed-mode mechanism delivers enhanced selectivity and reliable performance, even when handling challenging analytes that are unstable under basic conditions.
This sorbent provides powerful clean-up for complex samples by effectively removing salts, phospholipids, and proteins, helping minimize ion suppression and improve overall analytical quality. The EVOLUTE® backbone, surface-modified with carboxylic acid groups, maintains performance even when dried during processing.
Available in multiple formats, EVOLUTE® EXPRESS WCX supports fast, simple load-wash-elute workflows. Users can choose between two particle sizes, 30 µm or 50 µm, to meet specific application requirements while achieving high, reproducible recoveries for strongly basic analytes.
