Biotage® FlashVac
Cartridge processing station
Parallel processing of up to 10 or 20 ISOLUTE® cartridges. Inert, corrosion-resistant construction with flexible flow control.
Biotage® FlashVac cartridge processing stations process up to 10 or 20 ISOLUTE® work-up cartridges in parallel, handling volumes from 3–150 mL and sample masses from 1 mg to 70 g. They support catch & release, scavenging, SPE, filtration, and off-line sample loading prior to flash chromatography.
Constructed from inert glass and high-density polyethylene, the manifolds resist common solvents, acids, and bases. Vacuum controls are positioned away from solvent flow to prevent corrosion, and individual flow control is possible with optional PTFE stopcocks or stopcock/needle units. The station accommodates 19- and 25-mm collection tubes, up to 150 mm in length. Other optional accessories include additional rack plates, and Biotage® FlashVac-compatible polypropylene columns.
Trap kit
A solvent-resistant, vacuum-safe trap for Biotage® FlashVac-10 and -20 manifolds. Positioned between the manifold and vacuum source, it collects solvents aspirated through SPE or filtration cartridges during workup.
Gravity rack
A 20-port, freestanding rack for gravity-flow processing, ideal for ISOLUTE® HM-N cartridges and ISOLUTE® phase separators. Processes up to 20 × 25 mL or 10 × 70 mL cartridges simultaneously. Constructed from polyethylene, it is compatible with all ISOLUTE® cartridge formats and 16- or 19-mm collection tubes. The two-part design prevents cross-contamination, and stainless-steel needles are supplied as standard.
