ISOLUTE® PSA
Solid-phase extraction cartridge
A weak anion exchange sorbent used to extract strong acids and polyacidic compounds from aqueous samples, or as a polar sorbent to extract polar analytes from non-aqueous matrices.
ISOLUTE® PSA is an ethylenediamine-n-propyl bonded sorbent sorbent used for the extraction of strongly acidic compounds or analytes from aqueous samples using a weak anion exchange retention mechanism. ISOLUTE® PSA can also be used for extraction of polar compounds from a non-polar matrix using a hydrogen bonding retention mechanism.
