Automated plasmid DNA purification for efficient, high-throughput processing and consistent yields.
MiniPrep PhyTip® columns provide a fully automated solution for high-throughput plasmid DNA purification. The solution delivers consistent yields of up to 15 μg plasmid DNA per sample from a 1 mL culture pellet. The purified DNA is ready for downstream applications such as transfection, transformation, sequencing, PCR, and cloning.
The workflow supports true walkaway automation. Cell pellets in 96-deep well plates are processed directly on the liquid handling system deck. Resuspension, lysis, precipitation, and plasmid capture all occur in the same well—no additional filtration or centrifugation of lysate is required.
The column design ensures efficient DNA binding directly from cell lysates, even in the presence of precipitates and debris, eliminating the need for sample clearing.
Compatible with all major liquid handling platforms, MiniPrep PhyTip® columns enable parallel purification of up to 96 samples, delivering fast and reproducible results.
