Automated mAb purification for a high-capacity alternative to standard Protein A formats.
MabSelect PrismA™ PhyTip® columns combine Cytiva's MabSelect PrismA™ resin with PhyTip® dual-flow chromatography, pairing a high-binding, alkaline-stable resin with a fast, automation-friendly format for purifying monoclonal antibodies and Fc-containing proteins from small-volume samples.
The resin uses a genetically engineered Protein A-derived ligand on an optimised agarose base matrix, delivering strong dynamic binding capacity while processing up to 96 samples in parallel. This makes the columns well suited to screening, clone selection, process development, and early-stage mAb work where consistency and reproducibility are essential.
Dual-flow chromatography maximises resin interaction, minimising protein loss and enabling elution in small volumes for strong recovery. The resin's alkaline stability supports robust cleaning and sanitisation, adding durability to automated purification workflows at scale.
