PhyTip® columns with CaptureSelect™ FcXL affinity matrix enable purification of recombinant human IgG, Fc fusion proteins, and plasma-derived IgG by binding to the CH3 domain of all human IgG subclasses (I–IV). 

The CaptureSelect™ affinity ligands from ThermoFisher are based on a 14 kDa recombinant antibody fragment, engineered for highly selective binding to specific regions of antibodies and antibody fragments. 

PhyTip® columns use dual flow chromatography technology, pumping samples back and forth across the packed resin to maximize binding. Efficient capture minimizes protein loss, with 70–90% recovery of lgGs, and a full 96-well plate can be purified in just 15 minutes. 

The columns come with dual flow chromatography protocols, validated with real protein samples and fully transferable to any automated liquid handling system. Our buffer kits contain all the buffers needed for the purification protocol.
