Biotage® Sfär Bio C4 Duo is a high-performance reversed phase flash chromatography column, optimized for purifying large (>40 amino acids) or highly hydrophobic synthetic peptides. Featuring 20 µm spherical media and a 300 Å pore size, it provides excellent resolution and effective separation of complex peptide mixtures. 

The column’s high loading capacity allows larger sample loads per run compared to preparative RP-HPLC, helping to reduce solvent use and purification time. Biotage® Sfär Bio C4 Duo can be used as a standalone purification method or as a front-end cleanup before RP-HPLC. 

The Duo format offers flexible loading: internal or external, wet or dry, making it easy to adapt to your workflow.
