    Sample Preparation Method for Determination of GS-441524 (Remdesivir Metabolite) in Plasma Using ISOLUTE® ENV+ SPE Columns

    This application note describes a procedure for solid phase extraction of the Remdesivir antiviral drug metabolite, GS-1441524, form plasma using ISOLUTE ENV+ columns, for analysis using LS-MS/MS. Extraction recoveries are high and reproducible, and low matrix effects are observed.
