EVOLUTE® EXPRESS CX combines non-polar and strong cation-exchange functionalities to efficiently extract basic analytes from biological fluids and other aqueous samples. Its dual mixed-mode mechanism enhances selectivity and supports reliable performance across a wide range of applications.
The sorbent delivers effective clean-up for complex matrices by removing salts, phospholipids, and proteins, helping reduce ion suppression and improve overall analytical quality. Built on the robust EVOLUTE® backbone and surface-modified with sulfonic acid groups, it maintains consistent performance even when dried during processing.
Available in multiple configurations and 30 µm or 50 µm particle sizes, EVOLUTE® EXPRESS CX supports fast load-wash-elute workflows, while achieving high, reproducible recoveries for basic analytes.
