Fast, automated IgG purification and concentration with 70–90% recovery and enhanced selectivity for mouse IgGs.
Our ProPlus and ProPlus LX PhyTip® columns provide efficient, automated purification of IgG antibodies, binding to the Fc region. ProPlus (MabSelect Sure™ from Cytiva) and ProPlus LX (MabSelect SuRe™ LX, from Cytiva) use an engineered protein A affinity ligand that demonstrates attributes of both protein A and protein G.
The MabSelect SuRe™ resins promote oriented IgG binding, enabling high-capacity binding from low-concentration samples and enhanced selectivity for mouse IgGs. In some cases, MabSelect SuRe™ delivers 3–5 times higher recovery compared to Protein G.
PhyTip® columns use dual flow chromatography technology, pumping samples back and forth across the packed resin to maximize binding. Efficient capture minimizes protein loss, with 70–90% recovery of lgGs, and a full 96-well plate can be purified in just 15 minutes.
The columns come with dual flow chromatography protocols, validated with real protein samples and fully transferable to any automated liquid handling system. Our buffer kits contain all the buffers needed for the purification protocol.
