Advancements in Determining Semi-Volatile Organic Compounds in Groundwater

This poster describes a streamlined, automated workflow for determination of SVOCs in water in compliance with EPA method 8270E. Samples are extracted using Atlantic® SPE disks with a One-Pass protocol, automated using the Biotage® Horizon 5000 Automated Extraction System. Extracts are dried using the DryDisk® Solvent Drying System (SDS) in conjunction with the DryDisk®-R, and evaporated prior to GC-MS analysis using TurboVap® II. APHL 2021 Virtual Meeting
