    Automated Extraction of Acrylamide from Instant Coffee using Biotage® Extrahera™ HV-5000, according to EN 16618:2015

    This application note describes the extraction of acrylamide from instant coffee using ISOLUTE® Multimode and ISOLUTE® ENV+ SPE columns in a two step process according to EN16618:2015. The sample preparation procedure is automated using Biotage® Extrahera™ HV-5000 delivering clean extracts and analyte recoveries greater than 90% with RSDs lower than 10%.
