ISOLUTE® NH2

ISOLUTE® NH2 is a weak anion exchange sorbent used to extract acids from aqueous samples. Alternatively, it can be used as a polar sorbent to extract polar analytes from non-aqueous matrices.

ISOLUTE® NH2 is an aminopropyl bonded sorbent used for the extraction of strongly acidic compounds (e.g. those containing sulfonic acid groups) or analytes unstable under acidic conditions, from aqueous samples using a weak anion exchange retention mechanism. Analyte elution can be performed by neutralizing charge on the sorbent (high pH). The sorbent is supplied as the free base.

ISOLUTE NH2 can also be used for extraction of polar compounds from a non-polar matrix using a hydrogen bonding retention mechanism.  Used in this mode, it is less retentive than ISOLUTE SI.

ISOLUTE NH2 is available in a wide range of SPE columns and 96-well plate formats.

ISOLUTE NH2 is also available as loose sorbent (100g pack).
