    Extraction of Methylmalonic Acid from Serum Using EVOLUTE® EXPRESS AX Prior to LC-MS/MS Analysis

    This application note describes a simple, effective protocol for the extraction of methylmalonic acid (MMA) from serum using EVOLUTE® EXPRESS AX solid phase extraction plates. Samples are prepared using the EVOLUTE EXPRESS load-wash-elute procedure. The method can be easily automated using the Biotage Extrahera. Details of the automated procedure and data comparing manual and automated method performance are included.
