The system shall be unpacked, installed, or re-located by an authorized Biotage service engineer.

Check the Delivery
Check the exterior of the container for damage during shipment:
• Water damage or discoloration.
• Cuts or gashes.
• Collapsed corners.
• Crushed top or sides.
• Other physical damage.

If the container has been damaged during shipment, please contact the shipping agent and Biotage
